PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About republican fund of civil aviation

For the purpose of further development in the Republic of Belarus activities in the field of civil aviation:

1. Determine that:

1.1. since January 1, 2020 as a part of the republican budget the republican fund of civil aviation which is the state trust budget fund is created;

1.2. the amount of the income of republican fund of civil aviation, including on forming sources, and expenses of this fund, including for the directions of use, is established by the law on the republican budget for the corresponding financial year taking into account Item 3 of this Decree.

2. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and use of means of republican fund of civil aviation it (is applied).

3. Establish the income and expenses of republican fund of civil aviation for 2020 (appendix 1).

4. The remaining balance of means of state non-budgetary fund of civil aviation formed for January 1, 2020 goes to republican fund of civil aviation and is used for financing of expenses of the specified fund for the directions determined by the Provision approved by this Decree.

5. Financing at the expense of means of state non-budgetary fund of civil aviation on accepted (published) to January 1, 2020 legal acts is provided within the means provided in republican fund of civil aviation.

6. In paragraph three of subitem 2.5 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 4, 2019 "About creation of organization" word "state off-budget" to replace No. 328 with the word of "republican".

7. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 2).

8. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

9. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State Control Committee and Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

10. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2020.
