According to the subitem 10) "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: parts two of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan

 1. Approve Rules of implementation of cash transactions and transactions on collection of banknotes, coins and values in banks of the second level, branches of nonresident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National operator of mail and legal entities whose exclusive activities is collection of banknotes, coins and values (further - Rules).

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also structural elements of some resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the list according to appendix to this resolution.

3. To department of cash circulation (Kazhmuratov Zh. T.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) together with Legal department (Kasenov A. S.) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the actions provided by the subitem 2) of this Item and item 4 of this resolution.

4. To department of external communications - the press service of National Bank (Adambayeva A. R.) provide within ten calendar days after state registration of this resolution the direction it to the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Galiyeva D. T.

6. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since January 1, 2020.

7. Suspend till December 16, 2020:

The bank for implementation of cash transactions equips cash node - system of specially equipped rooms intended for carrying out cash transactions and transactions on collection of banknotes, coins and values which device is determined by Rules of the organization of protection and the device of premises of banks of the second level, the National operator of mail, legal entities whose exclusive activities is collection of banknotes, coins and values, and the legal entities performing activities only through exchange points based on the license of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for exchange transactions with cash foreign currency, approved by National Bank according to the subitem 11) of part two of article 15 of the Law on National Bank (further - Rules of the organization of protection and the device of rooms).";

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of implementation of cash transactions and transactions on collection of banknotes, coins and values in banks of the second level, branches of nonresident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National operator of mail and legal entities whose exclusive activities is collection of banknotes, coins and values (further – Rules) are developed according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – the Law on National Bank), "About banks and banking activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – the Law on banks and banking activity) and determine procedure of cash transactions and transactions by collection of banknotes, coins and values in banks of the second level, branches of nonresident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National operator of mail (further – bank) and legal entities whose exclusive activities is collection of banknotes, coins and values (further – the collector organizations).
