1. Approve the enclosed Administrative regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on provision of the state service in issue of the certificate on the admission of vehicles to transportation of dangerous goods.

Determine that subitems 23.4 and 23.5 of Item 23 of the Administrative regulations approved by this order are not applied before the date established by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 2018 No. 285 "About application of provisions of Item 3 of Rules of transportation of goods by road transport" <1>.
