provisions by Rostrud of information on conditions of provision of the state service, including the text of Administrative regulations at the request of citizens and the organizations;

oral consultation of citizens about provision of the state service by officials of Rostrud on personal acceptance and by phone;

written informing citizens and the organizations on provision of the state service by officials of Rostrud based on their addresses including which arrived by e-mail;
