RESOLUTION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About approval of lists and forms of the departmental reporting of the Department of Energy for 2020

Based on subitems 1.1 and 1.3 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 2, 2011 No. 95 "About some questions of information collection, not containing in the state statistical reporting" and Item 7 of the Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595, the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1.1. the list of forms of the departmental reporting of the Department of Energy for 2020 (further - the List of forms) (is attached);

1.2. form of the departmental reporting "Report on forming and use of net profit" it (is applied);

1.3. form of the departmental reporting "Report on cost and technical and economic indicators of gross and poleznootpushchenny electrical and heat energy" it (is applied);

1.4. form of the departmental reporting "The cost statement on production, transfer and distribution of energy" (is attached);

1.5. form of the departmental reporting "The balance of electrical and heat energy" (is applied);

1.6. form of the departmental reporting "The report on useful leave of electrical and heat energy" (is attached);

1.7. form of the departmental reporting of "Data on supply of natural gas" it (is applied);

1.8. form of the departmental reporting of "Data on gas use" it (is applied);

1.9. form of the departmental reporting "Report on results of production economic activity on gas leave" it (is applied);

1.10. form of the departmental reporting "Information on debt on the long-term loans attracted under implementation of investment projects" (is attached);

1.11. form of the departmental reporting "Report on addresses of citizens and legal entities" it (is applied);

1.12. form of the departmental reporting of "Data on expenses on provision of privileges to citizens on payment of electrical and heat energy, the natural and liquefied gas" it (is applied);

1.13. form of the departmental reporting "The report on the extent of power and thermal networks" (is attached);

1.14. form of the departmental reporting "Information on accomplishment of actions of comprehensive plan of development of the electrical power sphere till 2025 taking into account input of the Belarusian nuclear power plant" (is attached);

1.15. form of the departmental reporting "Report for work of thermal power plant, hydroelectric power station, wind power station" it (is applied);

1.16. form of the departmental reporting "The report on balance of electric power of the integrated power system of the Republic of Belarus during passing of the combined annual maximum of loading of power supply system" (is attached);

1.17. form of the departmental reporting "Data on use of local fuel and energy resources, including renewable energy resources" it (is applied);

1.18. form of the departmental reporting "The report on use of the allocated subsidies" (is attached).

2. To heads of the state organizations subordinated to the Department of Energy:

2.1. appoint persons responsible for creation, timely provision and accuracy of the information in the provided forms of the departmental reporting according to the List of forms.

To provide the copy of the order to the Department of Energy (further - the Ministry of Energy) in a month;

2.2. provide electronic submission of forms of the departmental reporting according to the List of forms by means of system of interdepartmental document flow (SMDO) and the ASD "Belenergo" departmental electronic document management system with compulsory use of the digital signature (DS).

3. To provide with GPO "Belenergo" (P.V.'s Thrush) till February 15, 2021 submission to the Ministry of Energy of the explanatory note about accomplishment of actions of comprehensive plan of development of the electrical power sphere till 2025 taking into account input of the Belarusian nuclear power plant to form of the departmental reporting "Power industry".

4. To heads of structural divisions of central office of the Ministry of Energy in which according to the List of forms forms of the departmental reporting are provided:

4.1. fix the officials responsible for collection and processing of forms of the departmental reporting according to the List of forms.

To provide data on fixing of officials to the head economic department of central office of the Ministry of Energy (further - the head economic department) in a month;

4.2. provide in case of need modification of forms of the departmental reporting and their direction in accordance with the established procedure for obligatory legal examination of technical regulatory legal acts.

To represent the copy of the resolution on change of forms of the departmental reporting to the head economic department no later than five working days after signing of the resolution.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on deputy ministers according to distribution of obligations.

6. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
