About Limiting approval of rates for public telecommunication services and recognition by NKRSI which voided decisions of September 18, 2018 No. 488
According to articles 18 and 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, RESHILA:
1. Approve Limiting rates for public telecommunication services for the period since January 1, 2020 which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, of September 18, 2018 No. 488 "About Limiting approval of rates for public telecommunication services and recognition by NKRSI which voided decisions of November 28, 2017 No. 606", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 2, 2018 for No. 1125/32577.
3. To submit to department of the economic analysis together with Legal support department in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. The decision becomes effective since January 1, 2020, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
