About liquidation of the republican state state company "Museum of Peace and Harmony" of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Liquidate republican state state the "Museum of Peace and Harmony" companies of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).
2. And sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to transfer to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Culture the property which remained after satisfaction of requirements of creditors to payment of the placed shares of non-commercial joint-stock company "N. Nazarbayev's Center for Development of Interfaith and Intercivilization Dialogue".
3. To the Ministry for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from Items 1 and 2 of this resolution.
4. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 04.10.2023 No. 865
2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 14.07.2023 No. 580
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
