2. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.
4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2011 No. 1751 "About approval of the Development strategy of non-commercial joint-stock company "Kas_pkor Holding for 2012 - 2021".
5. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
