2. Transfer right of possession and uses of the state block of shares of joint-stock company "The QazExpoCongress national company in the amount of 100% to the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to provide election of the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sklyar Roman Vasilyevich in structure of Board of Directors of joint-stock company "The QazExpoCongress national company;

2) to take other measures following from this resolution.
