About enhancement of land relations and considerations of addresses of citizens and legal entities

For the purpose of enhancement of regulation of the relations in the field of use and protection of lands, and also ensuring proper consideration of addresses of citizens and legal entities:
1. No. 466 is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 30.12.2022
2. Notices on holding auctions (tenders) are subject to obligatory publication in the relation:
the property which is in republican property – on the official site of the State committee on property on the global computer Internet;
the property which is in utility property, the parcels of land or the right of lease of the parcels of land – on the corresponding official sites of regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom and State committee on property on the global computer Internet.
Information on the announced tender (tender) and subject of auction (tender) in addition is subject to publication in the relation:
the property which is in republican property – in the printing mass media determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;
the property which is in utility property, the parcels of land or the right of lease of the parcels of land – in the printing mass media determined by regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom.
3. By provision of the parcel of land intended for construction and (or) servicing of the real estate unit the single purpose of the parcel of land - for construction and servicing of such object is established.
In case of adoption by local executive and administrative organ of the decision on permission of carrying out project and prospecting works and construction on the parcel of land provided for servicing of the real estate unit the purpose of the parcel of land according to part one of this Item at the same time changes.
4. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).
