2. Accept in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in republican property of 100 (hundred) percent of the share of partnership belonging to joint-stock company "National welfare fund "Samruk-Kazyna" according to the gift agreement.

3. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to perform the necessary actions following from this resolution;

2) to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state share of partnership to the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
