1. 5. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

* in 15-day time to prepare and approve the payment mechanism to citizens of the benefits established by this Decree and to take adequate measures for informing the population on it;

* in connection with replacement of privileges to not settled refugees and displaced persons with benefits to establish procedure for their payment;

* to prepare and provide to 3-month time to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on enhancement of the existing state system of the public assistance;

* resolve other issues following from this Decree.

6. In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social protection of pedagogical workers, elderly citizens, social pensioners, disabled people of the Chernobyl accident, disabled people of the first and second groups" of June 17, 1997 No. 597 to make the following changes:

To give the name of the Decree in the following edition:

"About social protection of pedagogical workers and elderly citizens".

In word preamble of "pedagogical workers, elderly citizens, social pensioners, disabled people of the Chernobyl accident, disabled people of the first and second groups" shall be replaced with words "pedagogical workers and elderly citizens".
