The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure as officials of customs authorities of control of observance by automobile carriers of the legislation of Ukraine on the international motor transportations which is applied.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 451 "Omission questions through frontier of persons, automobile, water, railway and air vehicles of the carriers and goods moved with them" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, the Art. 1546) changes which are applied.
3. To the ministry of development of communities, territories and infrastructures to provide representation on permanent basis to the State Customs Service of the copies of international treaties of Ukraine on the international motor transportations certified properly and changes and amendments to them.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
