1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 26.08.2020 No. 783

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 29, Art. 814; 2015, No. 86, Art. 2882):

To replace 1) in line item of Minsotspolitika of figure "455" and "455" respectively with figures "405" and 405";

2) to add appendix with the following line item: "State social service 50 50".

2. In Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 51, Art. 1655; 2016, No. 65, Art. 2193; 2018, No. 30, Art. 1063, No. 96, Art. 3173; 2019, No. 12, Art. 414):

1) in paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "protection of the rights of persons deported on national sign which returned to Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "recoveries of the rights of persons deported on national sign", and after words of "insured persons" to add with words ", in the sphere of implementation of the state control of observance of requirements of the legislation by provision of social support and protection of the rights of children";

2) in Item 3:

in the paragraph the second subitem 1 of the word "protection of the rights of persons deported on national sign which returned to Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "recoveries of the rights of persons deported on national sign";

add subitem 2 with the paragraph of the following content:

"concerning implementation of the state control of observance of requirements of the legislation by provision of social support and protection of the rights of children;";

3) in item 4:

exclude subitem 30;

subitems 58 - 60 to state in the following edition:

"58) coordinates preparation and implementation central and local executive bodies of actions for providing the rights of the deported persons;

59) promotes activities of executive bodies in the sphere of international cooperation according to the problem resolution of the deported persons;

Will organize 60) and carries out work on determination of the status of the deported persons;";

add Item with subitems 60-1 - 60-4 such contents:

"60-1) will organize and carries out work on financing of the actions directed to arrangement of the deported persons who returned to Ukraine for permanent residence, their adaptation and integration into the Ukrainian society;

60-3) will organize work on payment of stipulated by the legislation compensations of Ukraine and financial support to the deported persons;

60-4) performs other measures for ensuring protection of the rights of the deported persons which returned to Ukraine;";
