Based on the paragraph of the thirteenth Item 13 of the Regulations on insurance activity in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530, of part one of subitem 3.5 of Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2001 No. 1846 "About some questions of production and use of forms of securities and documents with certain degree of protection and also documents with certain degree of protection" and Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish forms:

1-SU "The receipt on acceptance of cash (insurance premiums)" according to appendix 1;

To 1-SU "The receipt on acceptance of cash" according to appendix 2.

2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for production, fillings and uses of receipts on acceptance of cash it (is applied).

3. Items 1 and 1-1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 2007 No. 174 "About establishment of forms 1-SU "The receipt on acceptance of cash (insurance premiums)", 1 SUO "The Receipt on Acceptance of Cash on Compulsory Insurance of the Structures Belonging to Citizens", and approval of the Instruction for filling and use of receipts of form 1-SU "The receipt on acceptance of cash (insurance premiums)" and forms 1 SUO "The Receipt on Acceptance of Cash on Compulsory Insurance of the Structures Belonging to Citizens" and of modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus" to exclude.

4. Determine that the forms of receipts on acceptance of cash made by the orders placed before entry into force of this resolution are valid before their complete use.

5. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
