1) the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 29, 2017 No. 579 "About some questions of provision of long-term lease financing within the Single program of support and business development "The road map of business of 2020" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 16014, it is published on December 25, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan);
2) the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 30, 2018 No. 406 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 29, 2017 No. 579 "About some questions of provision of long-term lease financing within the Single program of support and business development "The road map of business of 2020" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 17138, it is published on July 10, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
3. To provide to committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
