About payment terms of work of government employees of National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of creation of conditions for improvement of quality of statistical information, enhancement of collection of statistical data, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Establish the minimum base rate in the amount of 5000 som which is the basis for calculation of official pay rates of government employees of National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve:
- the frequency rate coefficients to official pay rates applied in case of determination of the sizes of official pay rates of government employees of National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
- the sizes of allowances for the class rank to official pay rates of government employees of National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2;
- the sizes of percentage length-of-service allowances to official pay rates of government employees of National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 3.
3. Determine what is paid to government employees of National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- in case of exit in leave - benefit for improvement in the amount of two-month salary fund;
- at the end of the calendar year - the thirteenth salary in the amount of average monthly salary fund;
- the percentage allowance to official pay rate for confidential kind of work and confidential clerical work according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- living and working in the conditions of highlands and the remote remote zones - the allowance according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About assessment of activities and payment terms of work of the government civil servants and local government officers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 1, 2017 No. 131 the following changes:
- to declare Item 1 of appendix 3 to the above-stated resolution invalid;
- in Item 7 of appendix 6 to the above-stated resolution of the word "National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic" to exclude;
- to declare Item 27 of appendix 10 to the above-stated resolution invalid.
5. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to take the measures following from this resolution.
6. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since May 1, 2019.
