According to subitem 65-2) of part two of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan", part two of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About credit bureaus and forming of credit stories in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1) the list of the reporting of credit bureau according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) report form about quantity of credit stories in the database of credit stories and about the number of agreements on provision of loans, services and contingent obligations by suppliers of information according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

3) report form about results of implementation of additional types of activity during reporting quarter according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

4) Rules of submission of the reporting by credit bureau according to appendix 4 to this resolution.

2. The credit bureau quarterly - no later than the fifteenth working day of the month following reporting quarter in electronic format represents the reporting to National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 28, 2016 No. 278 "About approval of Rules, terms and amounts of provision by credit bureaus of information and data in National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 14761, it is published on February 13, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan);

2) item 4 of the List of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning regulation of the financial market to which changes are made the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the resolution of August 27, 2018 No. 195 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 17551, it is published on October 23, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

4. To provide to department of statistics of the financial market in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Legal department state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the actions provided by the subitem 2) of this Item and Item 5 of this resolution.

5. To department of external communications - the press service of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide within ten calendar days after state registration of this resolution the direction it to the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abylkasymova M. E.

7. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020 and is subject to official publication.
