a) add Item 11 with words ", the bases and procedure for recognition of the apartment house to the emergency and subject demolitions or reconstruction";

Item 6 of Article 13 to add 2) with words ", apartment houses in which all premises are in property of the subject of the Russian Federation, emergency and subject to demolition or reconstruction";
Item 8 of part 1 of Article 14 to state 3) in the following edition:
"8) recognition in accordance with the established procedure premises of municipal and private housing stock unsuitable for accommodation, apartment houses, except for apartment houses in which all premises are in property of the Russian Federation or the subject of the Russian Federation, emergency and subject to demolition or reconstruction;";
