1. Approve the enclosed Standard of the organization of delivery of health care in case of infectious diseases in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To provide to department of the organization of medical care of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to legal department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this order.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aktayeva L. M.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The standard of the organization of delivery of health care in case of infectious diseases in the Republic of Kazakhstan is developed according to the subitem 6) of Item 1 of article 7 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2009 "About health of the people and health care system".

This Standard establishes rules, the general principles and characteristics to the organization of delivery of health care in the Republic of Kazakhstan in case of infectious diseases at the out-patient and polyclinic, stationary and hospital-replacing levels regardless of pattern of ownership and departmental accessory.
3. The terms and determinations used in this Standard:
1) the contact person - the person who is and was in contact with source of the causative agent of infection;
2) the profile specialist - the health worker with the higher medical education having the certificate on certain specialty;
3) qualified medical care - the medical care provided by health workers with the higher medical education in case of the diseases which are not requiring specialized methods of diagnostics, treatment and medical rehabilitation including with use of means of telemedicine;
4) the portal of Bureau of hospitalization (further - the Portal) - single system of electronic registration, accounting, processing and storage of the directions of patients for hospitalization in hospital within the guaranteed amount of free medical care;
5) voluntary treatment - the treatment performed with the consent of the patient or his legal representative;
6) the consulting and diagnostic help (further - KDP) - specialized medical care including using high-technology medical services without the round-the-clock medical observation;
7) specialized medical care - the medical care provided by profile specialists in case of the diseases requiring ad hoc methods of diagnostics, treatment and medical rehabilitation including with use of means of telemedicine;
8) primary health care (further - PHC) - the pre-medical or qualified medical care without the round-the-clock medical observation including complex of the available medical services rendered at the level of the person, family and society;
9) the medical organization (further - MO) - the organization of health care which main activities is delivery of health care;
10) the stationary help - form of provision of pre-medical, qualified, specialized medical care, including using high-technology medical services, with the round-the-clock medical observation;
11) the guaranteed amount of free medical care (further - GOBMP) - the amount of medical care provided at the expense of budgetary funds according to the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 15, 2009 to No. 2136 "About approval of the list of the guaranteed amount of free medical care", to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, oralmans, and also the foreigners and persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
