Based on the item f) h (2) Art. 7 of the Law No. 303 of December 13, 2013 on public service of water supply and the sewerage (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 60-65, 123) DECIDES: Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power

1. Approve the Framework regulations on the organization and functioning of public service of water supply and the sewerage it (is applied).

2. It is recommended to bodies of local public authority of the first level within 6 months from the date of entry into force of this decision to develop and approve the Regulations on the organization and functioning of public service of water supply and the sewerage.

3. The regulations on public service of water supply and the sewerage approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 271 of December 16, 2015 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 69-77, Art. 447), registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1105 of March 18, 2016, to declare invalid since May 1, 2020.

4. To impose control of observance of this provision on divisions of the National agency on regulation in power.
