Article 1

The this Protocol is temporarily applied from signature date, is subject to ratification by Contracting Parties and becomes effective from date of delivery to depositary which the Integration Committee of EurAsEC, the last written notice of accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force is.
