According to the subitem 4) of Item 2 and Item 6 of article 324 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 26, 2017 "About customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:

1. Determine for sales of goods, placed under customs procedure of duty-free trade, to diplomatic representations, consular establishments, representative offices of the states under the international organizations, to the international organizations or their representations located on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and also members of diplomatic staff of diplomatic representation, consular officials and members of their families who live together with them, to personnel (employees, officials) of representative offices of the states under the international organizations, the international organizations or their representations the duty-free shops located in the territory of the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the city of republican Almaty value.

2. To provide to service of the state protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2018.
