About public institution "Auction center" under Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of creation of new, modern, effective and professional public institution on realization of single state functions in the sphere of forming of the unified register of the state buildings, rooms, constructions and parcels of land leased by holding electronic auctions and the biddings, and also ensuring effective and rational use of property according to articles 10 and 17   of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Create public institution "Auction center" under Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 18.08.2021 No. 146

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 15.11.2021 No. 264

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 01.04.2021 No. 128

5. To fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to make state registration of public institution "Auction center" under Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in judicial authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to provide for 2020 financing in the amount of 7000000 (seven million) som, for ensuring functioning of activities of public institution "Auction center" under Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. To fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to take the measures following from this resolution;

2) in three-months time to bring the decisions regulating questions of ensuring effective, rational use and content of state-owned property (buildings, rooms, constructions and the parcels of land) into compliance with this resolution.

8. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of economy and investments of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

9. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
