About enhancement of state regulation in the field of information security
For the purpose of enhancement of state regulation in the field of technical and cryptographic information security, increase in level of homeland security in the information sphere I decide:
1. The state bodies and other organizations performing activities with use of the state secrets represent to Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus data on condition of technical protection of the state secrets if other is not provided by legal acts. The list of such data and procedure for their representation are determined by Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
2. The objects of informatization included in the State register of crucial objects of informatization before entry into force of this Decree keep this status to their exception of this register on the bases provided by Regulations on procedure for reference of objects of informatization to the crucial objects of informatization approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 16, 2013 No. 196.
3. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
3.1. No. 486 "About some measures for safety of crucial objects of informatization" to exclude Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 25, 2011;
3.2. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 16, 2013 No. 196 "About some measures for information security enhancement":
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve:
The regulations on technical and cryptographic information security (are applied);
The regulations on procedure for reference of objects of informatization (are applied) to crucial objects of informatization.";
