1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the direction of law enforcement officers and the public courier service, members of their families living together with them, pensioners and children of staff of the specified bodies which died on duty before achievement of age of majority by them in the medical organizations of law-enforcement bodies deployed in the cities of Astana and Almaty.

2. (Kavernikov S. V.) to provide to department of the back of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of the copy of this order in printing and electronic type on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also in the Republican center of legal information within five working days from the date of receipt of the registered order for inclusion in reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bisenkulov B. B. and Department of the back of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kavernikov S. V.).

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of the direction of law enforcement officers and the public courier service, members of their families living together with them, pensioners and children of staff of the specified bodies which died on duty before achievement of age of majority by them in the medical organizations of law-enforcement bodies deployed in the cities of Astana and Almaty

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of the direction of law enforcement officers and the public courier service, members of their families living together with them, pensioners and children of staff of the specified bodies which died on duty before achievement of age of majority by them in the medical organizations of law-enforcement bodies deployed in the cities of Astana and Almaty (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 13 of Rules of medical and sanatorium support of employees and members of their families living together with them, pensioners of law enforcement agencies, and also children of employees, the dead on duty before achievement of age of majority by them, in the relevant state organizations of health care approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 18, 2016 No. 78.

Rules determine procedure for the direction of law enforcement officers and the public courier service, members of their families living together with them, pensioners and children of staff of the specified bodies which died on duty before achievement of age of majority by them (further – the contingent) on hospitalization in the presence of the medical indications requiring ad hoc methods of diagnostics, treatment and medical rehabilitation in the medical organizations of law-enforcement bodies deployed in the cities of Astana and Almaty.

Chapter 2. The direction of the contingent in the medical organizations of law-enforcement bodies deployed in the cities of Astana and Almaty

3. The direction of the contingent on hospitalization is performed by the medical organizations of law-enforcement bodies in the following medical organizations of law-enforcement bodies:

1) the public institution "Central hospital with polyclinic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" deployed in the city of Astana (further – TsGsP);

2) the hospital of Sanatorium Kazakhstan Joint-stock company deployed in the city of Almaty (further - hospital of JSC Sanatorium Kazakhstan).

4. The indication for hospitalization is need of rendering specialized, including high-technology medical care for stationary conditions.

5. Hospitalization of the law enforcement officer in TsGsP and hospital of JSC Sanatorium Kazakhstan is performed:

1) in planned procedure in the direction of specialists of the medical organizations of law-enforcement bodies;

2) according to the emergency indications (including days off and holidays) - regardless of direction availability.

6. For planned hospitalization of the law enforcement officer medical departments (groups) of departments of police of the cities of republican value and areas (further – medical departments) send to TsGsP and hospital of JSC Sanatorium Kazakhstan the statement from the medical record out-patient, the inpatient with indication of the clinical diagnosis, the attending physician assured by signatures and the head of the medical organization of law-enforcement bodies, and also seal of the medical organization of law-enforcement bodies for consideration.

7. By results of consideration within five working days in the presence of indications on hospitalization TsGsP and hospital of JSC Sanatorium Kazakhstan send the letter on hospitalization of the patient with the established date of planned hospitalization to medical departments.

8. In case of refusal in planned hospitalization to the law enforcement officer of TsGsP and the hospital of JSC Sanatorium Kazakhstan notifies medical departments with written reasons for refusal.
