About formation of state educational institution "Professionally — Technical Lyceum of Dangarinsky District"

1. Create state educational institution "Professionally — Technical Lyceum of Dangarinsky District" based on organization average general educational No. 57 of dekhot of Oksu of Dangarinsky district.

2. To the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan to take necessary measures for admittance of students for 2019-2020 academic year and the beginnings of activities of the specified organization since September 1, 2019;

- develop the plan of admittance of students in state educational institution "Professionally — Technical Lyceum of Dangarinsky District" and provide to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to resolve organization-legal issues of the specified organization.

3. Perform financing of state educational institution "Professionally — Technical Lyceum of Dangarinsky District" in 2019 within the means provided for organizations of primary professional education of the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan and next years to provide its expenses in the republican budget.

4. Appendix 4 Lists of the organizations of system of the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2014 "About the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan" to add No. 146 with the paragraph the sixty ninth the following content:
