1.1. Name of works

Project implementation "The unified system of search "Work without borders" (further - the project).

1.2. Purpose and purpose of works

The purposes of performance of works are:

expansion of employment opportunities and job search for citizens of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively - state members, the Union);

increase for employers of the circle of search of personnel at free workplaces and vacant positions;

implementation of modern and effective digital instruments of interaction of the labor markets of state members of the Union;

assistance to acceleration of processes of free movement of manpower within the Union in case of development of digital economy.

The main objectives which are subject to the decision in the project progress:

create for users (employers and job seekers of vacancies) the convenient and clear tool for job search and personnel recruitment within the Union;

create standard and convenient tools for information access about vacancies and the summary, containing in information systems and resources of state members of the Union in the field of employment and employment;

in case of general uniformity of the information circle to provide observance of precepts of law of state members of the Union in the project progress.

The customer of works - the Eurasian economic commission (further - the Commission).
