1. Approve the enclosed Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to domestic objects".
2. To provide to committee on consumer protection of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;
3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

1. These Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to domestic objects" (further - Health regulations) determine sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to designing, placement, water supply, water disposal, lighting, ventilation, content of rooms, the equipment of domestic objects.
2. These Health regulations extend to the designed, under construction, reconstructed and operating domestic projects.
3. In these Health regulations the following terms and determinations are used:
1) special clothes - specially developed clothes designed to protect the worker from harmful effects of external environment and to provide characteristics, necessary for work;
2) domestic objects (further - objects), social facilities, consumer services and the rendering services to the population: hotels, hostels, baths, saunas, swimming pools, laundry, chemical cleanings (further - dry-cleaners), hairdressing salons and salons of cosmetic, cosmetology services;
3) cosmetic services - the cosmetic procedures rendered in organizations of household appointment and in sports organizations and not requiring medical control;
4) cosmetology procedures - the actions applied for the purpose of treatment and prevention of the diseases which are followed by cosmetic defects and also to the prevention of aging of skin and hair loss. Medical cosmetology procedures are performed by the dermatologist, and some of them - the nurse. The procedures performed by the nurse are performed on doctor's orders and under its observation and management;
5) cosmetology office - the room on rendering cosmetology services in the organizations of health care;
6) sunbed (in cosmetology) - installation of artificial ultra-violet radiation for the purpose of receipt of cosmetic suntan, and also the room with these installations.
4. In case of placement of domestic object deterioration in sanitary and hygienic conditions of activity of the population is not allowed.
5. The construction, reconstruction and operation of objects is performed in the presence of the sanitary and epidemiologic conclusion issued by territorial subdivisions of department of state body in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population.
6. Objects establish the sanitary protection zone, according to the documents of sanitary and epidemiologic regulation approved by state body in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population according to Item 6 of article 144 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2009 "About health of the people and health care system" (further - documents of regulation).
7. The territory of object is protected, equips with modern conveniences, is planted trees and shrubs, lit and kept clean. Cleaning of the territory is carried out daily, places of movement of people or transport in warm season pours down, in winter time is cleared of snow and ice.

15. Washing of the used linen and working clothes is carried out in laundries or is direct on objects in the presence of the allocated room with eyeliner of hot and cold water, the special equipment. 16. Disinfecting solutions are stored in the reservoirs having marking with indication of the name of means, concentration of solution and date of its preparation. The disinfecting solutions permitted in the Republic of Kazakhstan prepare for use according to the set concentration according to its instruction for use of disinfectant.
17. Actions for disinfection, disinsection and deratization are carried out by the organizations in case of observance of requirements of the Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to the organization and carrying out disinfection, disinsection and deratization" approved by the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 27, 2015 No. 48 (No. 10388) is registered in the register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
18. On objects rooms (place) of rest and meal for workers, conditions for separate storage of personal and special clothes, shower and toilet are provided.
19. Production and household rooms are equipped with sinks for washing of hands.

34. Toilets of hotels are equipped with washing sinks, electrotowels or individual napkins for wipe of hands, detergent, the holder for toilet paper, ruff for toilet bowl in reservoir, basket for garbage.
35. In numbers and places public of hotel daily damp cleaning and airing is carried out. Carpet products are removed dust, upholstered furniture is brushed by the vacuum cleaner or special.
