Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting of 1 wasps (costs) "The report on current costs on environmental protection" of annual frequency and enact it starting with the report for 2018.
2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting of 1 wasps (costs) "The report on current costs on environmental protection" and enact them starting with the report for 2018.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except small business entities), their separate divisions having separate balance, operating the objects of impact on atmospheric air having stationary sources of emissions which have amount of the pollutants permitted to emission in atmospheric air, established by territorial authorities of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus in permission to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air or complex nature protection permission, in reporting year (except pollutants of 1 class of danger) are made by 25 tons and more in year and (or) pollutants of 1 class of danger constitutes 10 kilograms and more in year; performing special water use based on permissions to special water use or complex nature protection permissions; performing the activities connected with the treatment of production wastes at the total amount of such waste of 50 thousand tons and more in year; the exercising control of reserves and national parks.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2016 No. 24 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting of 1 wasps (costs) "The report on current costs on environmental protection" and instructions for its filling" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 12.05. 2016, 7/3430).
5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2019.
