to it on a grant basis (further - the Agreement) about the following.

I. Subject of the agreement

1.1. The operator shall grant on a grant basis by provision of remote access to the Participant right to use the issue registration device (further - the Equipment), and the Participant shall use it in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

1.2. The equipment is property of the Operator, is at the Operator and is not transferred to the Participant to ownership.

II. Interaction of the Parties

2.1. The operator assumes the following obligations:

2.1.1. Grant to the Participant right to use the Equipment by provision of remote access to the Equipment by means of private office of the Participant within 90 calendar days from the date of receipt from the Participant of the request (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement) on right to use provision by the Equipment (further - the Request).

2.1.2. After receipt of the Request Operator sends to the Participant the Notification (appendix No. 2 to the Agreement) containing information on connection to the Equipment.

The notification goes to the Participant by the method provided by the subitem "b" of Item 8.2 of the Agreement.

From the date of the direction of the Notification specified in this Item to the Participant right to use by the Equipment by provision of remote access to it is granted.

2.1.3. Replace the Equipment with the equipment with similar technical characteristics (further - the Similar Equipment) in the following cases:

a) expirations of service of the Equipment;

b) not operability of the Equipment.

In day of implementation of replacement of the Equipment by the Similar Equipment the Operator notifies on it the Participant by the direction to the Participant of the Notification (appendix No. 2 to the Agreement) by the methods provided by subitems "an" and "b" of Item 8.2 of the Agreement and grants to the Participant right to use the Similar Equipment.

The rights and obligations of the Parties concerning the Similar Equipment in case of its use are performed according to the procedure and on the conditions provided by the Agreement for the Equipment.

When implementing replacement of the Equipment by the Similar Equipment the Request by the Participant to the Operator does not go.
