About salaries of monthly monetary pay of employees of criminal executive system of the Russian Federation

1. Establish:
the sizes of monthly salaries according to the replaced position on standard positions of employees of criminal executive system of the Russian Federation according to appendix No. 1;
the sizes of monthly salaries according to the given special rank of employees of criminal executive system of the Russian Federation according to appendix No. 2.
2. The sizes of monthly salaries of the employees of criminal executive system of the Russian Federation replacing positions of the commanding structure with the double name are established by the first part of the name of position.
3. Financial provision of the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided in the federal budget to Federal Penitentiary Service on cash allowance of employees of criminal executive system of the Russian Federation and provision of pensions of the citizens serving in criminal executive system of the Russian Federation and members of their families.

5. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since October 1, 2019.
