2. Determine that completion of actions for drawing into economic circulation of not used and inefficiently used property in 2019 is performed according to the schedules approved before entry into force of this resolution by state bodies and organizations, local executive committees.

3. This resolution becomes effective since November 15, 2019.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for the organization of work on involvement by state bodies and the organizations, local executive committees independently in economic circulation of the not used and inefficiently used state-owned property assigned to them on the right of economic maintaining or operational management, and also behind their territorial authorities (structural divisions) or subordinated to them (being their part, system) the state legal entities or transferred by them to free use to non-state legal entities * (further - real estate units).

* For the purposes of this provision non-state legal entities are understood as the economic societies created according to the legislation on privatization (their legal successors), republican state public associations to which the state-owned property is transferred to free use.

2. For the purposes of this provision terms are used in the values determined by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 19, 2022 No. 330.

3. The organization of work on drawing into economic circulation of real estate units includes:

forming and approval by state bodies and organizations, local executive committees of schedules for drawing into economic circulation of real estate units in form according to appendix 1 (further - schedules);

acceptance by state bodies and organizations, local executive committees, their territorial authorities subordinated to them (who are their part, system) the state legal entities, non-state legal entities of measures for execution of schedules and to submission of reports on their execution.

Chapter 2. Forming and approval of schedules

4. State bodies and the organizations, local executive committees annually create and approve schedules.
