1. To the Ministry of Communications and Informatization provide creation and implementation of system of rating assessment by citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons (further - citizens) to efficiency of organization activity, rendering services providing life activity of the population, quality of implementation of the ministerial procedures performed according to petitions from citizens by means of putting into operation of the portal of rating assessment of the organizations rendering the services providing life activity of the population, and (or) performing ministerial procedures (further - the portal of rating assessment).
2. Approve Regulations on the portal of rating assessment it (is applied).
3. Determine that:
3.1. the owner of the portal of rating assessment is the Ministry of Communications and Informatization;
3.2. operator of the portal of rating assessment is
republican unitary enterprise "Center of Digital Development";
3.3. electronic information exchange in the automatic and (or) automated mode of the state information resources (systems) with the portal of rating assessment for the purpose of its functioning is performed by means of the nation-wide automated information system.
4. Financing of works on maintenance, upgrade and maintenance of the portal of rating assessment can be performed at the expense of the means provided in the republican budget on content of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization according to the law on the republican budget for the corresponding financial year.
