In "The rule of rendering certified services, issues of the certificate and maintaining the register", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 28, 2006 No. 27 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 1, Article 56; 2008, No. 1, Article 39; 2014, No. 6, Article 747, No. 9, Article 1124; 2016, No. 1, Article 173; 2017, No. 3, Article 480; 2019, No. 1, Article 158, No. 5, Article 957), following changes:
