The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, by reasonable calculations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, annually provides allocation from the republican budget of assignments for material logistics and production organization of forms of passports and certificates;

GPO "Davlat of Belgisa" according to requests of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan provides timely and high-quality production of forms of passports and certificates.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan within annually allocated budgetary and extrabudgetary funds to perform purchase:

special equipment for registration and listing of passports and certificates;

the spare parts and special materials used in case of execution of passports and certificates on the amount of 192 thousand dollars of the USA and 51, 1 thousand euros.

4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 21, 1996 of N293 "About Material and Financial Questions of Production of National Passports and Providing Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan with Them".
