1. This Instruction determines procedure of payments of level of compensation by the population of costs for rendering housing and communal services and payments of the population for housing and communal services, service in management of common property of joint household in apartment houses.

2. The planned compensation level the population of costs for rendering housing and communal services is calculated for the next financial year without the privileges provided to separate categories of citizens on each service of complex of housing and communal services and in general on complex housing-and-municipal uslug*.
