1. Approve:

1) Rules of approval of type, testing for the purposes of approval of type, metrological certification of measuring instruments and rendering the state services "Issue of the Certificate on Approval Like Measuring Instruments" and "Issue of the Certificate on Metrological Certification of Measuring Instruments" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of the certificate on approval like measuring instruments according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) form of sign of approval of type according to appendix 3 to this order;

2. To provide to committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
