Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1-skh (farmer) "The report on production of livestock production and number of the cattle and bird" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for 2019;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-skh (farmer) "The report on production of livestock production and number of the cattle and bird" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for 2019.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution to the peasant farms and the microorganizations performing agricultural activities; other legal entities, their separate divisions having separate balance, performing agricultural activities and having the number of the cattle and bird in terms of conditional livestock of the cattle less than 100 heads.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2016 No. 41 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1-skh (farmer) "The report on production of livestock production and number of the cattle and bird" and instructions for its filling";
subitem 1.8 of Item 1 of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 13, 2016 No. 145 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus".
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
