About some questions of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize:
1) the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Aktyubinsk state regional university of K. Zhubanov" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to non-commercial joint-stock company "Aktyubinsk regional university of K. Zhubanov" with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital (further - society);
2) the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Arkalyk state teacher training college of I. Altynsarin" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to non-commercial joint-stock company "Arkalyk teacher training college of I. Altynsarin" with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital (further - society);
3) the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The East Kazakhstan state university of Sarsen Amanzholov" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to non-commercial joint-stock company "East Kazakhstan University of Sarsen Amanzholov" with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital (further - society);
