About some questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Liquidate the public institutions which are under authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Rename in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan republican public institution "Training center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (city of Pavlodar)" into republican public institution "Training center of Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
3. Bring the following changes and amendment in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 25, the Art. 311):

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
