2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to perform the necessary actions following from Item 1 of this resolution;

2) to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state shares of Institute of Seismology LLP and SOME LLP to Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
