1. Accept the offer of non-commercial joint-stock company "The Kazakh national research technical university of name K.I. Satpayeva" (further - the NAO "KAZNITU") about transfer to republican property of 100 (hundred) percent of share of Institute of Geography limited liability partnership (further - partnership) according to the gift agreement.

2. Reorganize partnership by transformation to "Institute of Geography and Water Safety" joint-stock company (further - society) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital after acceptance of share of partnership into republican property, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.

3. Determine the main objects of activity of society carrying out basic and applied scientific research in the field of geographical sciences, geoecology, hydrology of sushi, hydrochemistry of water resources of natural and economic systems and water management complexes of the republic, research in the field of water safety of the Republic of Kazakhstan and ensuring stability of water systems of cross-border pools, the organization of work of the international centers - the Central Asian regional glyatsiologichesky center (categories 2) under the auspices of UNESCO and the International assessment center of water under the auspices of the UN.

4. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with the NAO "KAZNITU" to take the measures following from Item 1 of this resolution;

approval of the charter of society;

election of person authorized on signing of the documents necessary for state registration of society in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, implementation of financial and economic activities and representation of its interests before the third parties before formation of bodies of society;

state registration of society in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state block of shares of society to Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
