About creation of the Belarusian institute of strategic researches

For the purpose of information and analytical ensuring activities of state bodies and officials on strategic directions of foreign and domestic policy I decide:

1. Create the Belarusian institute of strategic researches (further - BISI).

2. Approve Regulations on the Belarusian institute of strategic researches it (is applied).

3. Liquidate Information and analysis center under Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus (further - IATs).

4. Determine that:

4.1. in BISI the number of government employees is established by legal acts;

4.2. BISI has the right to employ persons whose compensation is performed at the expense of means from the activities which are bringing in incomes.

5. Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus to create liquidation commission and to provide in two-month time:

liquidation of IATs and transfer of the property of BISI which is earlier assigned to it;

approval of intermediate and liquidating balances.

6. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

6.1. provide:

financing of activities of BISI in 2019 and the next years taking into account its number of staff and the functions assigned by this Decree;

reduction of the legislation in compliance with this Decree;

6.2. allocate from the republican budget for 2019 necessary means for liquidation of IATs;

6.3. provide approval in coordination with Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus of payment terms of work of workers of BISI;

6.4. take other measures for implementation of this Decree.

7. To Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus:

provide BISI in free use of the room, necessary for its activities, and the property which is earlier assigned to IATs;

perform financial and material logistics of activities of BISI.
