1. The administrative regulations of provision by Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation to the citizens having the right to the government public assistance in type of set of social services, the state service in provision in the presence of medical indications of permits to the sanatorium treatment performed for the purpose of prevention of the main diseases, and free pass on intercity transport to the place of treatment and back (further respectively - Regulations, the state service) establish terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures (actions) performed by territorial authorities of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation (further - Fund) in the course of provision of the state service, order of interaction between territorial authorities of Fund and their officials, order of interaction with applicants on receipt of the state service (further - applicants), public authorities, also it is developed for the purpose of improvement of quality of provision and availability of the state service, creating favorable conditions for receivers of the state service.

2. Applicants are persons specified in Articles 6. 1, 6.7 Federal Laws of July 17, 1999 No. 178-FZ "About the government public assistance" <1>:

disabled veterans;

participants of the Great Patriotic War;

combat veterans from among persons specified in subitems 1 - 4 Items 1 of article 3 of the Federal Law of January 12, 1995 No. 5-FZ "About veterans" <2>;

the military personnel passing military service in the military units, organizations, military schools which were not part of field army during the period from June 22, 1941 to September 3, 1945 at least six months, the military personnel awarded with awards or medals of the USSR for service during the specified period;

persons awarded with sign to "The resident of besieged Leningrad";

persons working in the period of the Great Patriotic War at objects of air defense, local air defense, at construction of defensive works, naval bases, airfields and other military facilities within rear borders of the operating fronts, operational zones of the operating fleet on front sites iron and highways, and also members of the crews of vessel of the transport fleet interned at the beginning of the Great Patriotic War in ports of other states;
