About enforcement of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation

Article 1. Enact the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation since July 1, 2002, except for provisions for which other terms and procedure for enforcement are established by this Federal Law.

Article 2. Recognize voided since July 1, 2002:

1) the Code of penal procedure RSFSR approved by the Law RSFSR of October 27, 1960 "About approval of the Code of penal procedure RSFSR" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of RSFSR, 1960, N 40, the Art. 592), with the changes made to it and additions, except for provisions for which other terms of recognition their invalid are established by this Federal Law;

2) the Decree of Presidium of the Supreme Council of RSFSR of January 20, 1961 "About procedure for enforcement of Criminal and Criminal procedure codes of RSFSR" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of RSFSR, 1961, N 2, the Art. 7);

3) Items 1 - 4 Resolutions of Presidium of the Supreme Council of RSFSR of January 20, 1961 "About application of the Decree of Presidium of the Supreme Council of RSFSR of January 20, 1961 "About procedure for enforcement of Criminal and Criminal procedure codes of RSFSR";

Article 3. Recognize not acting in the territory of the Russian Federation since July 1, 2002:
