1. Approve Aviation rules of the organization of state registration of the national air vehicles of the Republic of Belarus (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its acceptance.

Aviation rules of the organization of state registration of the national air vehicles of the Republic of Belarus

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These Aviation rules govern the relations in the part concerning the organization of state registration of the national air vehicles of the Republic of Belarus, their exception of the State register of the national air vehicles of the Republic of Belarus, registration and issue of registration certificates and certificates on exception, in them requirements to coloring of the national air vehicles, assignment of the state and registration signs by it, and also to drawing on them signs, numbers and other symbols, texts and emblems are determined.

2. The following terms and their determinations are applied to the purpose of these Aviation rules:

the powered glider - the glider equipped with the power unit and performing flight with use and (or) without use of the power unit;

the glider - AF is heavier than air, not equipped with the power unit which lifting force is created due to aerodynamic forces on the surfaces remaining motionless in these flight conditions;

the registration certificate - the document certifying entering of the state AF into the State register;

the airplane - AF is heavier than air, set in motion by the power unit which lifting force is created due to aerodynamic forces on the surfaces remaining motionless in these flight conditions;
