procedure for transfer of the insurance portfolio in the cases specified in Item 1 of article 184.9 of the Federal law "About Insolvency (Bankruptcy)" including procedure for obligation fulfillment according to the insurance contracts revealed after transfer of the insurance portfolio of insurance company and not transferred in its structure, procedure for obligation fulfillment by insurance company or the insurance companies which accepted insurance portfolio;

features of transfer of the insurance portfolio in the cases specified in Item 1 of article 184.9 of the Federal law "About Insolvency (Bankruptcy)" including procedure for obligation fulfillment according to the insurance contracts revealed after transfer of the insurance portfolio of insurance company and not transferred in its structure procedure for obligation fulfillment by insurance company or the insurance companies which accepted insurance portfolio, and procedure for the choice of insurance company or the insurance companies accepting insurance portfolio on types of insurance on which implementation of compensation payments is provided;
