1. Approve the Instruction about procedure of actions technical (technological, testing) nature the bodies and organizations exercising the state sanitary inspection, systems of the Ministry of Health it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Instruction determines procedure the bodies and organizations exercising the state sanitary inspection, systems of the Ministry of Health (further - the controlling (supervising) body) actions technical (technological, testing) nature, actions specified in Item 3 of the list technical (technological, testing) the nature approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2012 No. 1105 (further, unless otherwise specified, - actions).

2. For the purposes of this Instruction terms and their determinations in the values established by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 16, 2009 No. 510 "About enhancement of control (supervising) activities in the Republic of Belarus", the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 No. 340-Z "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population are used".

Actions have precautionary and preventive focus and are held for the purpose of assessment of observance by subjects of the sanitary and epidemiologic, hygienic requirements and procedures established by technical regulations of the Customs union, Eurasian Economic Union, or general sanitary and epidemiologic requirements established by the President of the Republic of Belarus, the specific sanitary and epidemiologic requirements established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, sanitary standards and rules, hygienic standard rates (further - the legislation in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population) in places of implementation of activities (further - objects).
