Questions of the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except paragraphs of the tenth and eleventh Item 1, of the paragraph of twenty third subitem 1 and the paragraph of the fifth subitem 2 Items 3, of subitems 355 - the 366th item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of development of economy, trade and the agricultural industry of Ukraine approved by the resolution of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 77, the Art. 2183), - in edition of this resolution, and also Items 1, 10 and 12, the subitem 1, paragraphs of the fourth - the ninth subitem 2 Items of 16 changes approved by this resolution which become effective along with changes in legal acts regarding redistribution of powers and functions of the central executive bodies on ensuring forming and realization of state policy in the sphere of work, employment of the population, labor migration, employment relationships, social dialogue, industrial safety, labor protection, occupational health, treatment of explosive materials, implementation of the state mountain supervision, implementation of the state supervision and control of observance of requirements of the legislation on work and employment of the population.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 13, 2013 No. 115 "About procedure for notifying registration of industry (cross-industry) and territorial agreements, collective agreements" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 16, the Art. 554) with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 21, 2019 No. 768:

To "The ministry of social policy" shall be replaced with words 1) in Items 2 and 4 of the resolution of the word to "The ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry";

Regulations on the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of Ukraine

1. The ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of Ukraine (Ministry of Economics) is the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The Ministry of Economics is principal organ in system of the central executive bodies which provides:

forming also realizes state policy of economic, social development and trade, the state industrial policy, the state military-industrial policy, the state investment policy, the state external economic policy, state policy in the sphere of technical regulation, standardization, metrology and metrological activities, management of objects of state-owned property, development of entrepreneurship, public-private partnership, intellectual property, innovative activities in real production sector, tourism and resorts (except implementation of the state supervision (control) in the sphere of tourism and resorts), the public and public procurements, and also the state order on training of specialists, scientific, scientific and pedagogical and personnel, advanced training and retraining of personnel;

forming and realization of state policy in the sphere of fishery and fish industry, protection, use and reproduction of water bioresources, regulations of fishery and safety of navigation of vessels of the fleet of fishery, forest and hunting economy, veterinary medicine, safety and separate indicators of quality of foodstuff, in the sphere of quarantine and protection of plants, in the sphere of land and cartographic activities, land relations, land management, in the sphere of the State land cadastre, the state supervision (control) in agro-industrial complex regarding observance of the land legislation, use and protection of lands of all categories and patterns of ownership, fertility of soils;

forming of state policy in the sphere of supervision (control) in system of engineering facilities of agro-industrial complex;

forming also realizes state policy in the sphere of work, employment of the population, labor migration, employment relationships, social dialogue;

forming and realization of state policy in the sphere of industrial safety, labor protection, occupational health, the treatment of explosive materials, implementation of the state mountain supervision, implementation of the state supervision and control of observance of requirements of the legislation on work and employment of the population.

The Ministry of Economics is authorized body concerning coordination of sales activity of the state defensive order.

2. The Ministry of Economics in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine accepted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other acts of the legislation.

3. The main objectives of Ministry of Economics are:

1) ensuring forming and realization:

state policy of economic and social development;

state price policy;

state industrial policy;

state military-industrial policy;

state policy in the sphere of development of entrepreneurship;

state policy in the sphere of technical regulation, standardization, metrology and metrological activities;

state policy in the sphere of the public and public procurements;

the state order on training of specialists, scientific, scientific and pedagogical and personnel, advanced training and retraining of personnel;

state policy in the sphere of management of objects of state-owned property, including corporate laws of the state;

state policy in the public-private partnership sphere;

the state investment policy, in particular on management of the state investments;

state policy concerning creation and functioning of industrial parks;

state policy in the sphere of tourism and resorts (except implementation of the state supervision (control) in the sphere of tourism and resorts);

state policy in the sphere of the state market supervision;

state policy in the sphere of trade and household services;

state policy concerning economic and social cooperation of Ukraine with the EU;
